Large store with some good deals to be had. The selection of products is excellent. Pity there are too few human based tills for larger shops but if you can put up with an additional wait then it won't be a problem.

Busy today, carpark and shop. Two main checkouts on and self serve. Queued for a little while until third one opened. Found everything I went for and a few things I needed but hadn't put on list. Also went to collect argos order which was very efficient, like that it is in Sainsbury's. Trolley was a bit tricky today especially when fully loaded.

Big store, plenty of deals to be ha remember your nectar app in store bakery is very good.. I highly recommend the oven bottom loafs they sell. Staff willing to help, pleased it's not too far away. Battery recycling points in store too.

Please stop shutting the checkouts. The self service never works properly,  and when you have a trolley full it's not convenient. I like talking and being served by your staff, it makes a nice experience.

I can only say Christmas. Like all shops very busy and lots of celebration food and drinks.  Very easy to get into. Two doors one from car park other from bus stop on dudley lane . Love shopping here plenty of room and disabled access.   Lots of products on display.  Placards above  aisles pointing what products are available in those aisles. Nectar card available is you don't have one.

Nothin on the shelves after 12, no fruit, plenty of rotten veg if that’s what you like, no milk unless you want 6 pints that expires the next day, same with the bread. Discounted items that expire on the same day reduced by 10p so they would rather bin it than help someone out. 90% of the staff will ignore you or just walk into you or push there trolleys in your way. Freezer tops covered in boxes moved a couple to be asked by a member of staff ‘WHAT ARE YOU DOING, WHAT DO YOU WANT’! I wanted something  out of the freezer surprisingly

A truly dismal store. Dark, poorly organised, poor choice of goods especially fresh meat and simply uninviting. It felt shabby and dirty, frankly. The plus side is the staff who were helpful and cheery.

Just had a fall at Sainsbury's Cramlington.  Dean and Kirti were straight there and were so understanding and sympathetic.  They are fantastic assets to your team and deserve to be recognised. Thank you both for everything you did

I find this is to be a poor Sainsburys with inconsistently stocked shelves all throughout the year, not withstanding  seasonal variations or supply issues. Im referring to Veg in particular, whilst the meat tends to have short use by dates along with bread too. I find it difficult to do a full shop here and have to go elsewhere afterwards. A town the size of Cramlington deserves a better managed Sainsburys. Try visiting Sainsburys in Heaton and you'll see the difference, nevermind taste it.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Produce and products are very good  Got some nice mange tout the other day!
