No trolleys again on Sat afternoon. No big trolleys, no small trolleys- not even basket today. Had to follow this woman to her car to get her trolley. Other people who had managed to get a basket were struggling with an overflowing basket. Yet loads of large trolleys in the corner of the car park. Either buy more trolleys or employ more people to gather the trolleys in because you must be losing sales.
Big supermarket but it's not the place to park if your disabled. It can be hard to find a space.nThe store has everything you require from your normal everyday items. I would say tho that I really don't like how it's two different prices. One price if you have a nectar card and a more expensive price if you don't.nI don't normally go here for that reason.
Wouldn't say i loved it, but I found some lovely food and some different meal ideas
Click and collect staff are all first class! Polite, friendly and helpful.nOnline shopping is easy to use. Good choice of goods.
Majority of the staff are helpful and friendly but I always seem to have the misfortune of being served by the most miserable and incompetent woman at the counter. Seems genuinely annoyed you've asked her to get something and then is incapable of finding something she's stood 1 foot away from. Then starts complaining that she can't find it.nnThis has happened multiple times now and every other member of staff can get what you need in seconds and doesn't get visibly annoyed that they're having to do their job.
