Pizza counter is awful , some of the bases sold out and some of the topping too , ones that had already been made had stickers on with broken base ... Not sure if meant the base of the pizza or packaging , most of the pizzas on display looked like they been dropped or squashed and didn't look nice , the pizza I had made was swimming in liquid from the mushrooms and onions as they didn't have any peppers for veggie pizza . I watched the lady just pour on to the pizza . I wish I'd of rejected it now , she put that much topping on , when it cooked it just all fall off and the base was so wet . Never again will I go to the ASDA for pizza , the lady behind the counter seems so annoyed when I asked her to make a pizza . Very poor customer service. Date and time was 3rd Jan , 7:50pm . I can't not reply to your comment for some reason.
Disappointed AGAIN. Been shopping here for years and it's literally my corner shop, staff are great, friendly and helpful however standards have dropped drastically. Place is dirty, fruit and veg scales are grim/filthy, packaging kicked under shelves, cages constantly causing obstruction in aisles and then we get to the empty shelves, dozens of products constantly out of stock and stock that is there is often very short date. Don't bother to reply Asda, you know what's going on.
Yet more awesome customer services from Asda. Till took my money but they claimed it was still pending. Attemted to take my shopping back off me or make me pay again. My bank account clearly showed the transaction had been taken and it was their till that had crashed. Had to argue with staff in shop to get my shopping. Never shopping in Asda again!
A mum looking desperately for a product for her child. Store was clean and well stocked. Joe- the night shift manager assited. What an honest, polite, professional man. Will definitely shop here again. Thank you!
Bought a £48 turkey frozen from here at the start of december, it said on the packet to thaw in the fridge for 4 days, took out freezer dec 22nd to thaw in the fridge, opened today 25th to cook it, only for it to be rotten rancid and slimey. Its been outside since in the wheelie bin and will be dropped off instore boxing day for a refund. Be aware it stinks rancid so if your shopping boxing day, i would avoid asda cowpen unless you enjoy the smell of rancid decaying flesh. Completely ruined christmas dinner, we had baked tatties instead. Fortunately this year i didnt have guests and my kids arent ungrateful. we all agreed to have xmas dinner either tomorrow or the next day provided Asda can remedy this disgusting health hazard.
Blyth superstore is our local shop and we are request flyers. My husband and I both have disabilities but a debilitating health issue and a broken ankle have made things even more difficult. The security staff have gone out of the way to assist with this. Facilitating mobility scooter and helping to get the shopping to the car afterwards. Friendly and helpful making a difference in what is a difficult situation. It is very much appreciated and we are very grateful.
Again 3 checkouts open, 11 shut, 20 people queuing, nearly left the full trolly. Spent up my saver card as not doing any more big shops there, sick of ques evertime I go
No complaints here. Nice big store. Friendly staff, and the toilets were clean

Usually shop here as there's plenty stock so shopping is done quickly via scan & go
