Have to wait to exit the barriers if you don't buy anything. The freezer aisle is COVERED in new cameras above every freezer like something out of black mirror - like seriously must be 30-40 cameras! I'm assuming it's bad for theft here which I'm not condoning but it's not like it's alcohol or high value goods to resell, if people are having to resort to stealing frozen food to survive then there are way bigger issues here, and maybe Morrisons has nobody but themselves to blame given the prices of some of the items.

Absolutely useless at the pizza counter, no staff, no trained replacement staff, waited 20 mins and had to walk out without food.nLazy and untrained with little interest to worknDirty store with poor food hygiene, can’t complain as everyone is on a “break”.

You always have to go on a hunt for a trolley, the shop always smells really bad and every week, it always averages about 8-10 things I can’t get on my weekly shop because they haven’t got what I want in stock. They either can’t get the stock in or can’t get it in the shelves quick enough.

Not enough staff for pizza place to run efficiently, so automated system won’t work, waited 30 mins for a pizza and still no staff to make it, place is poorly run and managed and needs addressing asap, management no where to be seen, security is also as much use as a chocolate teapot.

Convenient location, shelves always stocked, staff are friendly and happy to help, and usually have some great meal deals and various other deals on too.
