The staff are great and do their best when it's busy but I think that at those busy periods they should have access to more staff. I always really enjoyed the coffee there and had an Americano with pouring cream, my treat, but today was told they could no longer have cream! I don't think the coffee was quite the same either. Very disappointing
If there were a zero star option the they'd of got it. The food was burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside. Slow service. Poor, very poor. Save yourself the agony and buy a pre-made sandwich and drink from the supermarket and sit in your car. Cheaper too.
Good sitting area, you can have some relaxing time with friends and enjoy the coffee.
Fantastic service plate to hot for my 2 year old so a cooler plate was brought out for him. very helpful.
Consistent in its value and quality, not haute cuisine, but you wouldn't go here if that's what you were after
Didn't go well last week 8th Sept. Be a while before we go back.
Nice and pleasant, and good food.

Usual Sainsbury's cafe... decent prices for nothing fancy...
