Stayed here with my son in a family room 5/6 th April, was impressed with the warm friendly welcome and easy check in ..The room was fab a lovely touch with the ' Elephant ' Towel which my son loved, clean and tidy great choice with the breakfasts and friendly staff only downside was lack of choice in evening meals just a few to choose from and nothing suitable for kids mainly curries or fancy fish dish . the second evening arrived back about 7.15 and it was closed. So couldn't eat there even if I'd wanted .. But overall for price and standard of accommodation wouldn't stop me staying here again ..

Surprisingly quiet hotel on main road, car park a bit awkward. Rooms a bit stuffy even with aircon, but clean. Day Reception staff surly (Tyler) rest of staff OK

Great hotel. Friendly staff that can't help you enough during your stay. New menu in restaurant is lovely and most welcome, shame there's not as much choice. I stay here very frequently and after trying everything off the menu, I'm often having to eat out in the local town for a change of food. Josh runs a great team and all the staff do their utmost to make it feel like home from home.

Got to go to the olde pie shop. Them pork pies are to die for. Heart attack in a pie. Nice way to go though
