Story

Sai Spice Manchester offers amazing, tasty and healthy Indian cuisine from all over the sub-continent.

The building offers a 90 cover restaurant which serves a full range of Indian cuisine including Manchester's finest South Indian menu with delicious Dosas, Uthappams and more. The restaurant is fully licensed and offers a vast array of drinks including soft drinks, wines, spirits and draught beers. The restaurant serves from two unique kitchens, with one of them strictly for vegetarian food.

It also houses two function rooms; Mayura which has a capacity of around 60 people, and the wine bar which has a capacity of 100 people - allowing space for a dancfloor, buffet station and stage area. The wine bar offers another licensed bar which serves the wine bar function room independently. Both rooms are perfect for parties and special occasions.

Title: Mixed Experience at Sai Spice Rating: I recently dined at Sai Spice, and my experience was a bit mixed. While the staff and service were commendable, I observed a noticeable decline in the taste of certain dishes compared to my previous visits. The Hakka noodles were satisfactory, but the sambar and dosa lacked the flavors that had impressed me before. The efforts to maintain food quality are evident, but there is room for improvement. Despite this, the consistently good service is a redeeming factor. I hope they can revisit the flavors that made my earlier experiences memorable.
South Indian Breakfast served every weekend! Very popular. Nice spread. All food prepared fresh, hot and tasty. Ending with masala chai!Food: 4/5
The best restaurant in Manchester, I have been here a couple of times, offers a variety of South Indian food and North Indian food. I would recommend the Saturday and Sunday breakfast buffet.Food: 5/5

Oh my word the food was delicious. Good veggie/vegan options too. Menu needed better labelling of which main courses were vegan and gluten-free but starters were clearly labelled and staff were helpful. Lost one star off service as they took quite a while to take our order, and also didn't have the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc in stock, then we chose a red and the girl brought out a different one from the one ordered. Other than that though the service was good. And, like I said, the food was great! A huge menu with loads of choices, and things I have never seen elsewhere. Everything tasted fresh and was full of flavour. Definitely recommend this place. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and vegan options Dietary restrictions: Clearly labelled gluten-free starters. And many of the mains, when we asked, could be made gluten-free. Parking: Parking spaces round the front. May have been parking round the back too. Not sure. Street parking also. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance etc and disabled toilet available.
Went to a birthday celebration for a family member.This restaurant is one of those which offers reliably tasty food at reasonable price and fairly good service. The menu is extensive with numerous vegan dishes. It's spacious and well lit but depending on which table you are sat at, you are exposed to the draught which can be most uncomfortable. Fair amount of parking available.
I think that was the most delicious masala dosa I have ever eaten. Fresh ,crispy and filled with a delicious potato mixture.Food: 5/5
Best Indian restaurant in Manchester. It’s my all time favourite place to eat Dosa. Specially authentic South Indian food is available here. Someone who’s missing Indian home food just come and enjoy your food here. Nice service Staff is very friendly Nice ambiance. Good maintenance. Car parking also available. I ordered multiple items like Masala Dosa,ghee karam dosa,vada,veg fried rice,mango lassi,chicken starters,veg starters,drinks etc . They served with two different chutneys along with delicious sambar. All food items are really good.
Welcoming staff, the female toilet was out of order, so we had to use the assisted toilet. The food was good, the service was good the price even better! There was an issue with card payments, possibly due to the WiFi, but they did have another card reader, which was handed to one of the servers for another customer to pay? Would I go back again? Possibly
