Initially, I started coaching and cooking with Sarah for health reasons. I had issues with my digestion and needed her support. I also wanted to lose weight and was dealing with anxiety when I met her. Not only did she give me applicable solutions that really impact my daily life for the best but she also did SO MUCH MORE for me! Sarah is not like a « classic » nutritionist. She will help you with : your mental health, physical health plus you’ll have a lot of fun! She really adapts to the needs/objectives you have in mind. I have met so many nutritionist in my life and I can safely say Sarah’s method is like no other her holistic coaching includes all aspects of life and will help you understand a lot about yourself. I recommend her around me all the time and she deserves the good press!! She is the kindest human, shows empathy and tailors the sessions to your specific needs. She’s also a great chef and I love cooking with her. She is amazing at following up in between sessions and will give you delicious recipes and learning materials to keep with yourself.
