Great service, I had an eye wash a contact lense eye test, got to try out some new lenses. Was seen by Bruno who knows an incredible amount about contact lenses and customer service. Excellent service I've been coming here for over 15yrs.
Always good to visit Camden Contact. Service and staff always helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Bruno who always looks after me and keeps me posted on latest contact lens. Recently he gave me an eye care treatment which was 5 star and very refreshing for the eyes and vision was much improved afterwards. Would definitely recommend it. Keep up the good work. I have been a visitor to the centre for many years for glasses and contacts and have always received first class service. Recently I was introduced to the specialist enhanced eye clean treatment developed by Bruno and it is amazing. It has really helped with my dry eyes and also my blocked sinuses. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Camden contact lens centre.
Great place, I was stuck in London and one of my contacts had torn - I called up and they helped me out with some temporary lenses while I was away. Thanks so much for helping me at such short notice! They have an in-depth knowledge of contact lenses, even new lenses that are coming out and what’s best!
I’ve been at this opticians for 28 years & the service has declined in all fairness. Most of the staff are friendly for the most part, they have a limited section of glasses available & tend to gear you towards the higher priced frames which aren’t covered by any type of warranty whatsoever so every time my glasses break I have to spend another £300 or so for a new pair with an identical prescription. I should have gone to Specsavers & so should you.
I have been going here for 17 years. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. They are pioneers of eye care. I suffer from very dry eyes which are very near sighted and I suffer very prominent floaters but here they have always advised me on the best lenses for me. I have had very bad floaters since I was 10 now 38, a few months ago I had a eye clean with Bruno don't worry, know it sound terrifying but it is actually wonderfully relaxing and doesn't hurt at all, for a whole month after my floaters were gone, 3 months now and I only get very few light ones. For a few weeks after my eyes were so clear, I could actually see better without my glasses than before the clean, feels like seeing the world with new eyes. CCLC have improved my quality of eye care. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks to Bruno and the team.
Steven was the most engaging helpful practice manager I’ve ever encountered. I’ve walked away with a beautiful pair of affordable glasses feeling lighter and clearer - beyond that, he has a fabulous personality and possesses total patience that made the entire process a joy.
I have had a great experience with the staff there. I have been going there for myself and always felt welcome and happy. They give you the opportunity for you to choose the glasses you want or need and aren't rude
Came here for an eye test and contact fitting after seeing the glowing reviews but sadly can't relate. All talk about how unique and great their service is, trying to sell a clinic subscription I clearly stated I was not interested in, refusing to provide the raw data from tests, saying only they decide what a patient needs, making an inappropriate reference to another customer, even threatening 'don't do anything stupid, don't go to any other place'. Needless to say I'll be staying well clear! Completely and shockingly unprofessional to the point of rather tragic comedy.
My husband and myself have been going to this place for years. The opticians are amazing, the atmosphere there is great! We are so happy with the service we’ve received and we will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for your care of our vision and nice glasses!!!
