Best handy store for your needs , prices are so great, staff are extremely polite and helpful.
Very expensive for a couple of of gu10 bulbs, but the convenience of having them on the high street outweighs the hassle of driving to a better store, having said that, the most unfriendly, ungrateful and not at all helpful sales person who served me. Really unhelpful, seems like he'd either had a bad day or hates his job, either way, won't be returning unless it's deadly desperate, Leyland next door is far better if they have what you require
Just the nicest possible man in this shop, that went above and beyond, although all I was in for was one well-suited light bulb.
Was working nearby and thought they may have what I wanted. 1. What they had was really crap quality. 2. Extortionate prices for what the goods were. 3. Rude staff who couldn't care less. I've been in the trade 18 years and this is the worst electrical shop I've ever come across.
I am Electrical i dont usually work in central london. i managed to get all stuff here and they not only managed to beat the prices i get from my local trade counter but they managed to knock few pounds off it as well. Good Customer service and all the staff are so helpful
Can't believe anyone actually buys anything from this place. Rude staff who obviously don't want to be working there beefy Asian guy was actually quite nasty. And I've heard this from a couple of friends who live nearby too, so I'm not the only one.
