Great homeware shop with some very useful items! They have lovely, helpful staff and decently priced items. Highly recommend!
Always helpful staff and you can just about find anything you need. From housewares to home repairs all the little items are usually here. At times, I've had better luck finding the odd repair item needed then the local Homebase. Prices similar to Homebase, but the staff is 1000 times nicer and helpful in finding what you need
Dear Amy's, I am writing to you to inform your head offices about the deprecable behaviour that my partner suffered this morning in your East Finchley shop. Couple days ago my partner purchased a coffee moka from you. The machine resulting faulty and after a couple of trying we decided to handle it back due it was impossible to open it and use it, because of a seal defect. Thus this morning she heads back to the store with the aim to replace it or get the money back. The seal is visibly dented so we thought there was no issue to show the faulty. Unfortunately the store manager called her " immigrant that has no clue how to makes coffee" whilst laughing. He refused to check the faulty and denied any replacement or money back cause the machine was used and he invited her to leave the store. I am going to inform about this the Trading Standards and signaled the thing at my department at Parliament about the racism she suffered this morning. I'd like to inform you even about the space condition of the store that in this difficult time are precious more than ever. Quite often I witness people complaining about how impossible is to keep the distance in the store and how disorganised and strict is the space putting the people at close contact all the time. I hope there will be some improvements on this or we are forced to flag it to the council with the support of other shoppers.
Good local housewares shop. I love the fact that they do refills for Ecover laundry detergent, fabric softener, washing up liquid and multi-purpose cleaner!
I love this houseware store. Well stocked, good quality goods, fairly priced, nice staff. What else can one ask.
