My second time buying from RGA Appliances first a Hotpoint Dryer and second a Beko washing machine and I must add that I won’t be going to buy my appliances from Argos or Curry’s anymore. Sales Guy Sam was really friendly and helpful. He caters to your needs and budget rather than try and make money off you. The delivery was quick and efficient. All and all really satisfied with their services.

I work in the maintenance department for a managing agency and I cannot explain the fast service RGA have been providing for years, we have been working with them for many years and not once have we been disappointed in their service and their smooth communications. We purchase nearly all our appliances from them and are always happy to work together. Shout out to Sam who always keeps us up to date with any issues.

Outstanding !!  After calling RGA and speaking with Sam, he gave me the cheapest quote I'd received for supply and installation of a new intergrated washing machine, plus removal of the old one.  On the day of delivery/installation 4 working days later, they installed a more expensive machine at no extra charge as the original machine I'd ordered hadn't arrived in stock. Not only that, but they fixed a potential leak under my sink.  I'll definitely be back.  Thanks Sam, great service.

I needed a new integrated fridge / freezer.  Sam was able to source a suitable model at a great price including the fitting plus the  removal of the old unit. Very pleased with the service and reliability. Highly recommended.

We have worked with RGA Appliances for years and they are brilliant - very reasonable prices, knowledgeable and quick to help with whatever we need. Sam in front of house is really helpful and will always cater to the budget and timescale we need. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a single oven from this wonderful shop, and what a lovely experience I had with the staff member, who did everything to ensure I purchased the right model at an affordable price. I will never go to the major stores again, especially as RGA fit appliances and take away the old one free of charge. I thoroughly recommend them, and urge everyone to visit this shop. RGA, installed my washing machine without problem. They communicated regularly, as I was at work and carried out the work in my absence. My machine was ready and waiting for me when I got home, with no mess left behind. Trustworthy and prompt. Highly recommended.

Great customer service, helpful and knowledgeable sales team. No issues taking my fridge freezer up three flights of stairs and disposing of the old one. Would definitely recommend and buy from RGA again.

I really rate this place. I have bought an amazing Smeg Fridge from them, a cooker - both lasted years! And this week one of their repair guys came out and fixed my hob. Didn’t cost the earth either which is always a bonus. They are the best appliance shop in the area.

RGA has provided, installed and also serviced several appliances for us now over a period of a few years. They have always been quick to respond, competitively priced and a pleasure to deal with.
