Our cat was sorted out with his injections which took 10 minutes - but I sat there for an hour beforehand as the receptionists looked at me - and when I asked why I was delayed they said that the computer says that you have been seen! lousy service as not even an apology.....
The veterinary practice were very kind when my old boy, Monty, was unexpectedly taken ill and sadly died the following day yesterday. They kept me updated the whole time and called me in the early hours to be with him when it was time to say goodbye. I have had cause to use their services several times in the past year with both my boys crossing the rainbow bridge, and they have always been so kind and understanding x
Can't recommend this vets enough. I travel 30 minutes because of how lovely and helpful all the people who work here are.
We just took our cat Wilma for her yearly check up. Suprise to see an area where we can wait with our cat, which is really good idea. So cats can't get stressed out by see other animals in the practice waiting room. Her yearly check up went well. The staff are brilliant there.
We needed help, on a Saturday afternoon and Emma and her nurse helped immediately. They were kind and professional at all times and did the most wonderful job. I'd highly recommend this vets and can't thank them enough!
