Today, we took Iggy our Springer spaniel on an emergency to Rutland Veterinary Centre without an appointment.  The went out of their way, despite them shutting in 30 mins time, to diagnose and assist. They were so kind and thoughtful with the treatment and of great empathy. Thank you so much for your kindness and care.

The staff were very friendly with my new puppy. The atmosphere was very relaxed and they were offering cuddles and treats. The vets were very knowledgeable and had no problems with giving advice or explaining things thoroughly. I would highly recommend :

took my kitten in who was a rescue has he had ingested something , told we at to pay 2.5k for an operation explained we didnt have all of that but would sort out  , caroline the vet was rude lacked empathy as we had no choice but to put to sleep very judgemental would not recommend as for her it was all about the money not the animal

I have had two emergencies recently with our cat. Both times,  I felt that  we were all in good hands. They took excellent care of my cat and also reassured us as a family.  The service is friendly and the environment is comfortable . The parking is great too.

We have a new pup and needed a vet that had the same final vaccine as the first one, our local vet didn't.  We were more than happy that we visited this vet, from stepping in the door to leaving, everything was good. The vet herself was very thorough in checking out our pup. I say this because being as we only needed a vaccine, I thought that would be what we got. So we were very pleasantly surprised with all that happened, and that includes the very respectable bill we received.  Like I say we're more than happy and would have no hesitation in using again.
