Yasmin nurse and Fiona vet were both friendly, warm, welcoming and knowledgable in the things I needed to know for our new puppy. Clearly happy to go out of their way to help and explain. So pleased I picked Vets for Pets!
The vet is so good with our pup. She remembered her from her previous visit, checked her over in a way that our pup didnt realise she was being checked. She's so friendly, a clear animal lover, just brilliant with the dogs. And I didnt even notice her doing the vaccination. More importantly, neither did our dog!

Excellent service. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. We have just moved to the area and don't have a Vet for our dog. Our dog had an accident not life threatening but needed to see a Vet immediately. It was a Sunday We didn't have an appointment but after just a short wait we were seen. The Vet was very understanding of our dogs needs and took the time to listen to why she was also very nervous. The over all treatment was excellent the Vet knew exactly what to do and reassured us. We were also told the best treatment to do when we took our dog home. Price was brilliant - They certainly did not take advantage..........we were expecting a huge bill firstly having no appointment and secondly it was a Sunday. Price and treatment was so good that we will now register our dog with Vets4Pets.
I would like to say a huge thank you for everybody,who works there! after all my Bambi went thrue , shes playing again and happy, its makes me so happy ,thank you for the professional ,hard work,im so grateful for every one of you!
We were dealt with straight away by a very polite young lady on reception. The same comment applies to the vet John. Both members of staff were very friendly, polite and professional. We were very satisfied with our experience and the outcome has been successful. Our sincere thanks.

Recently moved from another vet practice in town and i recommend this practice extremely highly. An extremely professional practice and a lovely welcome from all the staff. Kate the vet looks after my 2 dachshunds - in particular Rose who has had back problems. She is professional,caring, always spot on with diagnosis and acts promptly if treatment is required. Don't hesitate in registering!
Usually good service but the Vet we saw today was obviously not confident with birds as he queried why we felt the need to have our parrot's nails cut! Then to be told it would cost £27.00 next time after usually paying £13.00 just showed the lack of expertise in this area
