We stayed in the Fishermans Lodge (more like a Caravan!) The hot tub was locate round the back of the lodge (caravan) so was no access without walking all the way around the caravan. There was nothing much around to do, however if the hot tub was more accessible this would have been so much better. Felt like it was a waste of money.

Lovely surroundings and in a good location at the edge of Langham and a short drive to both Oakham and Rutland Water. No facilities onsite, however.

Stayed in West wing, house was fab but let down by lots of minor issue e g light bulbs, toilet propped up by block, plug stuck in sink, wardrobe door handles falling off, the list goes on... The main reason for only 3 stars is the state of the hot tub, water was filthy and dark grey in colour. We were their to celebrate my 60th birthday but i wouldn't risk it so missed out. Size of hot tub also an issue as there were 7 adults and only room for six. The accommodation is for 10 so should have bigger hot tub. We didn't let this spoil our break just disappointed.

Our stay at Rutland Escapes was just fantastic plenty of space,it was so clean and when we arrived everyone was so helpful and freindly. So well done to you all.

Beautiful place. Great staff. Clean hot tub was spot on and well needed.
