Lyndon is nature at its best. No amenities only toilets for campers. Staff are amazing and campers are all friendly.

Was camping  with my hubby and 5 kids 
And family 
Normaly it lovely site with friendly staff .
Kids love running around but wont be back til summer to give the feild  a chance to dry out .

But with all the heavy rain  was disspointed  that we had no choice but  come home as was waterlogged my car got stuck  no body about to pull me out (another camper like tow me out ) 
IT THE WORST I EVER SEEN LYDON TOP 
WE WERE TOTALLY  WATERLOGGED 

THE NUMBER ON THE BARN REALLY NEED TO BE CHANGE TO THE NUMBER OF WHO RUNNING THE SITE IF NEED ANY HELP .
IF I KNEW THE FEILD WAS THAT SOAKED I WOULDNT OF TRAVEL  

BUT HOPEFULLY BE BACK IN SUMMER HOLIDAYS  WHEN THE WEATHER BETTER  .

We stop on a touring caravan site at Lyndon Top , it's an ideal place to be sited as you can walk to a nature reserve or if you like cycling you are very close to a cycling route.

Lovely, cheap no frills campsite with friendly staff and wonderful views.

Great site, cheap and very friendly owners. Lots of space right close to the lake.
 Needs showers, but at that price I'm not going to complain!
