Great shopping outlet! My first time here! Thought we pass through the area to come here to have a look! They have great shops, and restaurants and also they have a cinema too! The only downside of this Outlet is it’s only has a small car park! You can imagine getting in, finding a space and going out! It can be a nightmare! But apart from that it is a very nice shopping complex!

Unique place for shopping, cinema and food with a lake next to it.We enjoyed shopping and food and the ultimate is the boat ride in the lake.Fun for families and couples too.You can chill in the deck chairs facing the lake or go around the lake for a walk.They have a couple photo booths which would interest teenage gals!nDownside - Toilet facilities near the lake.There is but not enough for the crowd.

Driving there had me wondering. But combining a complete shopping experience with natural beauty all around is a unique and brilliant Idea. Shop, relax, shop, relax again, and then shop till you drop, is certainly a concept worth encouraging, especially during the better seasons of the year.

Came here as are currently house hunting in the area. Following the signs for Rushden Lakes we ended up here not realising it is a large retail park as well as giving access to some of the lakes. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.

Never had a bad experience here, wind, rain and shine its always clean, staff in shops are freindly and accommodating, plenty of benches and places to sit which is very helpful, I come here often to sit on the boardwalk and read with a drink, there are many shops for various different items such as clothes, books, cooking utensils, shoes, jewellery, perfume and so much more
