Just stopped by with my bike and enjoyed the authenticity. The video taken around opening times I guess so enjoy. The place is really easy to access, has wide free car park, nice old water mill on the sides, passage marketplace in the building gives amazing time

Went to Santa’s grotto on Sunday 14th December 2025 and I can safely say it was the best Santa act and organised I’ve seen in a long time. Santa genuinely looked like he enjoyed doing what he does best and I’d highly recommend to visit before it’s too late. Will definitely come again!

Lovely experience watching Hansel & Gretel. Children loved the show, actors were brilliant. Quite a small space but overall the children loved it

This shopping village is really inviting, nice easy atmosphere, there are so many different types of shops.nJust for info, the slot machines are retro, 50-60s not sure if they are intended to work, I think they are for display, fixed to a wall every 5 to 10 ft along a walkway to add interest.nLovely café good menu, some vegetarian and vegan options available, helpful and friendly staff.

We went for a visit and walked up to the Santa’s grotto which I hadn’t booked. They were obviously fully booked it was super busy but found a spot for me and my son and we had such a lovely time. The whole experience was lovely, thank you! The shops are so cute and we got a nice hot chocolate and toasted some marshmallows. Lovely couple of hours, would recommend.
