Terrible company. Went in today. No one in the department with trainers as all the staff were in other departments. Asked twice if anyone was serving to buy a pair of trainers. Was told someone would be over shortly. After waiting 20 minutes no one came so just walked out. Terrible staff, no organisation.

Amazing service today. Hardly any staff and a busy shop. We had a very attentive guy who spent an hour or more finding my son the exact running shoes.

No-one was in the shop today 12.50 and none of the other staff offered to help. Buy your fitness gear from somewhere that actually cares.
