Staff were friendly when I went in, very chatty. Shame they don't have that many mattresses, and the only ones they do have were about £400+... out of my budget range.

Customer service terrible. Do not go there. The store has no customer service skills. They do not phone back when you ring and are rude and unhelpful when they do answer the phone. Worst customer service ever

I went into Dreams at Filton to buy a mattress protector and because of the very knowledgeable sales assistant I came away with 2 pillows, a bottom sheet, pillow protectors AND the mattress protector....and I am very happy with my puchases. 
I also bought a bed and extremely happy with the service, delivery and assembly. ....cannot fault it.
