I was having issues with my USB stick, went in and asked for assistance and was not disappointed by the service.

We have used Graham and GoTo for over 7 years now for our office IT stuff and would highly recommend them. They really do know what they are doing, everything is explained in plain English, the costs are reasonable and they are straight and honest. 

Without our IT system, we are effectively closed, and on the odd occasion that things don't work properly, I realise how important it is that we have someone at the end of the phone who understands it and has the skills to make it all work again. 

Every time we have had a problem, whether it's a bit of kit that's gone down, or a man v machine human error wobbly, they respond immediately, and it gets sorted. 

I feel they care about my business problems as much as I do, which I think is all you need to know.

If you need IT support, this is the first and only call you need to make.
