Expert advice and mixing paint in any colour of your choice on the spot. Great prices too. This is the professionals shop. Been using them for 40 yrs and Johnstones is still the best paint and Eddie is the expert on it and others.
I have lived in the area for 40 years and never thought to use this shop. I needed some advice on what to use and buy and was getting nowhere with larger well-known outlets. Suddenly I thought of this shop. What a great move. Eddie, the proprietor, is knowledgable, helpful with reasonable prices. I would recommend this shop to anyone with no caveats. It will be my go-to shop from now on.
We visited your shop this morning, we was unsure on what colours we wanted. We were overwhelmed, how you went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much we love the gossamer half mix. You have customers for life!! You made a difficult time a relaxed one, even with such a vast choice of colours and products as you had the knowledge to match. It was you,the individual himself that won us over. Authentic paint shop with a sort of the earth owner. Wonderful human being. Sorry for sounding soppy, but honestly made our decorating purchase an experience. We will be back !!
Really knowledgable and does a great paint matching service.
If you need good advice on paints far better to go to them. Honest and reasonable with a great service. They are experts at mixing paints and have all the equipment to make special paints. They also have a lot of painting accessories and stock sanding belts varnish as well as other products definitely a must if you are a DIY person looking for quality.
Fantastic service and advice from a local, knowledgeable business. Really friendly and fair prices. Totally worth popping in for paints/varnishes over the larger DIY stores

This quaint little family run decorating shop has been here for many years, everything u will need for your decorating jobs, always friendly and helpful staff.
Great place to get colour matched paints. Owner is a lovely guy who is always happy to help and provide advice.
