I would like to thank the guy who i spoke with for his customer service and advice. I needed my floyd rose guitar re strung urgently. I had contacted a few music places and i have to say, the unprofessional is appalling. From ridiculous quotes to silly requests like "u can drop it tomorrow because theres no one to do that right now" or "once you drop it you'll have to come get it back another day". I mean you'd have thought the person selling you musical equipment would have knowledge about it right? Anywho i was delighted when i phoned this man, who gladly accepted me and told me the job could be done within an hour...it actually took half the time. From the point of calling to when i picked up my guitar was done within 1hour 45 mins. Excellent quick business and i for one will definitely go back to him in the future for any musical needs. Not to mention his sound advice to me to consider using another guitar thats more suited towards beginners and is less difficult to manage mechanically. Its that kind of customer service that often goes unnoticed, however deserves way more recognition. Thank you guys again, you have a customer for life.

THIS IS THE BEST MUSIC STORE SO FAR AS I KNOW AS JHON AND HIS SON TAKE GREAT CARE UPON THEIR RESPECT AND DO THEIR JOB IN A VERY WELL DONE STATE. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR AND MUSIC INSTRUMENT REPAIRS OR PURCHASES. I AM SAD THAT I DIDN'T GO THERE TO GET MY ELECTRIC GUITAR AND WHEN I BOUGHT IT FROM AMAZON AND ARRIVED, THE AMPLIFIER CABLE WAS BROKEN .

I got my first adult guitar from this guy. He is absolutely amazing. You can tell he know his stuff and still very patient with amateurs like me. Cheers Man 👍
