Horrible Customer Service. I ordered the tiles online and was told to collect the tiles from the nearby store, which I did. Used the tiles and took the left overs (still packed and intact) to the same store. They refuse to take the tiles back and the excuse was "it was an on-line order and not from the store" and "the tiles are being returned after 28 days of purchase". Makes no sense to the excuses made by the store.

Excellent place and very friendly staff (Ask for Nika, Calin, Mike, Kristian) or any of the others to give you great service.    I was amazed to watch a six year old little boy trailing round the branch in tow of parents with football boots on kicking mud all over their floors.  They were so professional in simply mopping the floor without incident.  It was funny to watch!   I digrees.....  A great range of tiles. Great value.  Nice layout. Easy to get to.  Easy parking at the back to load up on stock. What a fab place. GO !
