I booked my wife and my daughter for 10am on Monday 21.06.21. We came at 9:45 and were waiting till 10:30 - the office was closed. It was a rainy and windy day. I already paid for further treatments. Asked for a refund and Herbal inn said will be a deduction of £20 fee. I don't want to come anymore and I can't have my money back. Terrible.
Very bad experience, stay away. The acupuncture treatment did not work and the first time I walked in for a session I was asked to pay 5 sessions in advance in order to benefit from a discount so I agreed to pay £100 in advance. The first session was not that good and the 2 one made me feels much worse so I asked for a refund of the advance payment. I was sold the first session for £28 acupuncture only and the second for £35 massage+acuponcture and they told me discounts no longer applied and that on top of that there is an administration fee of £20 so instead of refunding me £37, they will only refund £10 once the head office has "examined" my request. The receptionist tried to blame it on my age, then on my inexperience of acupuncture even though I told her I had acupuncture treatments for years in different clinics then on the fact that I did not come every week I tried booking closer appointments but they close at 5:30 and they did not have any availability when I called and suddenly she waves a policy at me that she never showed me before, claiming that I should have read the policy. When I asked her why she did not show it to me before I paid for treatment, she answered that it would not be respectful to customers to show them the policy. This is a scam I would stay well clear from this "business".
