Had a yellow toe nail after a very wet dog walk. I assumed it would just go away but instead it spread to all neighbouring toe nails. Ewww you might say...and you'd be right. Nicola explained clearly what was going on and cut the nails back under local anesthetic and then I needed to take Terbinafine pills for quite a few monthsso they could grow back clear. Finally it's all clear. Thank you very much Nicola - you are a life saver. If you have a similar issue or anything else foot related I cannot recommend Nicola enough.
So We paid Nichola £45 up front for a home visit. Nichola didn’t turn up. There was no communication about cancelling or indeed after the appointment, an explanation to why she hadn’t come or to rebook the appointment or offer a refund which is still due to my mum . A carer had to be present at the appointment so a second cost to us .the carer waited a good hour and half for Nichola. I will try to pursue for the refund. All attempts to contact her have failed so far . Do not recommend using this podiatrist.
Went in for a second opinion, was originally diagnosed with haglund's caused by over pronation, and tailors bunion. I was struggling to find shoes that had the support I needed that were comfortable and the ones I did find were causing irritation to the top of my feet. It turns out my original diagnosis was completely wrong! Nicola is absolutely wonderful, we did an analysis of my feet so I could see exactly how I was walking and she recommended the shoes I should be wearing. I feel reassured and confident I have the right diagnosis now which is that there is nothing massively wrong with my feet and no correction needed! I would absolutely recommend
I have been going to Nicola’s clinic for years. Nicola’s work is amazing she rectified a problem with my foot due to a break with running. Her work has been invaluable to the healing of such a painful injury.I would highly recommend Nicola Jones
I really can't recommend Nicola Jones enough! I'd had a problem with in-growing nails for ages, and I am kicking myself that I didn't go and see an expert like Nicola years ago. She performed a minor operation under local anaesthetic which I was really quite nervous about, and Nicola's reassuring and professional manner was exactly what I needed. Little bit of discomfort administering the anaesthetic, but after that I literally didn't feel a thing. Thank you so much!! Going back next week to have my other foot done :-
I highly recommend Nicola. She was able to sort out an ingrown toe nail for me just before a week away skiing. She was very reassuring and I experienced little to no pain both during and after the procedure.
Nicola has done a fantastic job eliminating a fungal nail infection with laser treatment. This was my first visit to a podiatrist and I highly recommend Nicola for her skills and professionalism. Very pleased with the results.
I have been visiting this wonderful lady for quite awhile, she has treated my problem, she is very professional, she made me feel comfortable. She has lots of empathy, and I would recommend her to anyone
