Fantastic place! Beautiful environment and the staff genuinely cares about you. Sarah truly listened and tried her best to fix my hair which was ruined after a nightmare cut a month earlier. There wasn’t much to work with but I’m still very happy with the result! I’ll definitely be back once my hair has grown longer again.
I’m really blow way by the quality and service of all staff Chappell tunbridge wells, especially with my Italian hairdresser Pietro. I never meet someone so skilled and professional like him. Pietro can ready your mind and he knows what is the best for your hair, and my curly hair is not easy to dealing with. The chapel is very lucky to have him as member of staff. Selfishly I don’t want to review Pietro and his amazing cutting style. The more people who discover this genius of creativity the less chance I have of booking an appointment. I think though that it is my duty to fellow hair growers that, after nearly two years of 7 weekly chops, I tell you all about The Chapels’ secret weapon that is Pietro. Other secret creativity weapons are available specialising in stying different lengths, colouring etc. do your head a favour and pay The Chapel a visit. Just remember, leave Pietro time to cut my hair too please!Service: Hairstyling

Great experience at The Chapel on Saturday. Hair cut by the fantastic Alec Grassby - very impressed! Went for a fringe... which I was rather nervous about... however he could not have made me feel more comfortable and that it was the right decision. Cut me a great fringe as well as some nice layering throughout. The Chapel itself is a stunning hairdressers and the front desk staff are very welcoming. Thanks again Alec :
Thank you so much to Becky and Rhys at the chapel for making me feel like a princess. Becky took time with my consultation to understand what I wanted to achieve- and then she achieved it! She is a genius with colour. Rhys washed and blow dried my hair. I really felt pampered and I enjoyed my head massage. The team made me feel relaxed and comfortable and made me lots of tea. Lovely atmosphere, wonderful team and beautiful building. Loved it!
