Lovely Sunday lunch when we visited today... fresh home cooked food in a traditional English pub setting. Reduced portions available for children. Staff friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend and return!
This is a real gem of a place by the canal in Skipton...newly refurbished but still full of real pub charm. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and the food...omg the food was delicious and good size portions too. We will most certainly be back !

We came across this pub whilst on holiday. We were walking along the canal to see the boats. We really enjoyed our meal. The portions were big and very tasty. The staff were friendly and service was super fast. We highly recommend a visit. Big thank you to the Chef
This pub is going from strength to strength now under the new owners. Food is excellent.
Location is fantastic, just by canal and in shadow of Castle. We stopped for lunch and the food was delicious...Barnsley chop washed down with a pint of Timmy Taylor's. Staff were super friendly and dog friendly too!
