The Thai cuisine food is the star here. The chef makes some wonderful dishes but often runs out of ingredients which can limit you depending on when you go. Some consistency would do wonders. The bar is pretty dismal and selection of beer and ales is poor. Staff are friendly enough but the place could be alot better.
The Royal Oak in Glossop on the A57 at the western end of the Snake Pass is a lovely little pub which offers excellent Asian food, friendliness and comfortable surroundings. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
1st time in the pub. It was old fashioned inside but nice. No cask beer on though. Great beer garden. Excellent Guinness
