Cant leave more than one review so need to add to a past one. Why does this delivery office have poor opening hours? And why is this place closed on easter holidays? If they want a day off then they should need to put in for it like everyone else. Royal mail website is a joke too.This company and all its depos need to updated and put the customers first. Not themselfs!..I've had so many problems with this depo over the years with my parcels. Never get delivered when they are meant to be.. Need to leave a note on my front door to tell the posty how to do they're job.. and today 22/10/16 my parcel did not get delivered.. I'm tracking it and was meant to be here today. Probably been bumped since its saturday. Poor service.

The officer that came to deliver my package didn't even knock the door and just left a "something for you card", I'll have to wait 3 days to receive the item.

I was concerned reading the other reviews but had no problems. When picking up parcels or when i was calling. Rarely get packages there because the post carrier leaves them in a safe place. Overall very happy with their work.

Can be frustrating when the postman doesn't leave my package by my house but at least it's safe at the depot. Opens early enough that i can get there on my way to work the following day and even though there isn't loads of visitor parking there is plenty of room to set down while you spend 5 minutes collecting your package. Staff are generally quick and helpful.

Useless. Paid for special delivery - was in the shower when it came so just missed it. Called up instantly and was told to come down before 2 to get it. I arrive at 1 and was told to wait till Monday because there were "too many things to process". Waste of time and money
