Awfull..whenmy sister and mother died i was not notified even though same council they went into the houses and removed family valueables and expensive items..i didnt even get to the funeral..never trust this social work dept!!!!! Disgusting!!!!

Not fit to a run a bath in the housing team. Would leave no stars of I had that option.

i got through quite quickly but the staff are extremely rude and the person i was on call with raised his voice multiple times when i asked questions

The day after i handed in a set of keys their workmen were around at the flat we had rented they entered when we were out and they stole almost £700 they should not be trusted

Waited for 12 minutes initially, then a further 9 minuted to get through to the quiz master @ socialwork direct who asked me numerous questions, I seemingly did not have the correct details as person whom I was enquiring for was not on the system, after a further 10 minutes she eventually said, Oh I have him now. 40 minutes of my life that I will never get back I sincerely mean it when I say " Please get someone to train these people" they are enough to make people go suicidal.

My friend, who is a foreigner, attender an appointment with the housing team as in housing crisis at the moment. Member of staff: - offered an interpreter without asking if needed assumption made all foreigners is not able to speak any English - suggested returning to a home country awful passive agressive attempt to get rid of a foreigner from Scotland - when completing an assessment form, member of staff assumed my friend was a domestic without even asking a question!!!! How rude and judgemental attitude like if all foreigners were only able to work as domestic staff I will encourage my friend to make a formal complain. My message to a member of staff who assessed my friend: you are an ignorant, judgemental person who should change a job. Rethink your narrow minded attitude towards your clients, as simple as that.

Telephone manner at this department is shocking it’s high time they took lessons in customer service and some manners. Speaking to people like they are some sort of idiot is not acceptable. Professionals! That’s laughable

My experience with the office was not good at all, poor services and the some of the staff are very rude.
