Monday ,tue and now its wednesday morning the time is 12 noon still nothing done called and emailed them someone will call me back nothing, yet they like to take you though security to make sure we have your contact information but never call

I contacted the council on the 8th September regarding vegetation on a public footpath. The public footpath runs along side my garden. Roots from trees are invading my garden. They said it would be inspected within 28 days ha! ha! 28 days has been and gone so when I enquired as to when the inspection would take place I was told there was no time limit. So why put on the web site 28 days it should when we can be bothered. I wonder what would happen if I paid my rates when I felt like it.
