Waited in for my parcel from 9-12 oclock as Royal Mail tracking suggested. Patiently waiting until after 2 oclock I checked the tracking, to find out there was a "Delivery attempted, no answer" notification. NOBODY tried to deliver my parcel. This has now happened several times and it's absolutely shocking I can't just collect my own items when I require them. What a poor service. Do better.
Opening hours are ridiculous, Used to be open most of the day. Now only 8-10am completely useless for majority of people who work anywhere that isn’t within a stones throw of the location.
And even if you're there between 8-10, you still can't pick up the package because the mailman is currently driving around the city, God knows where, with the package in his little cart
With all the troubles between Royal Mail Group and the Communication Workers Union it is reassuring to find that there are still some hard working friendly post men and post women working here. The newly installed barrier can be a bit of a nuisance as it backs traffic up on to the road until a friendly post man or post woman opens it for you and allows you to find a parking spot of which there are usually plenty. Once inside the friendly staff very quickly locate any returned parcels for you.

Shocking delivery office with deliveries not putting cards through the door which means the never brought the parcel Also used the new service to have parcel picked up between a time frame and they haven't even turned up called customer service and said they cant do nothing untill after 7pm as they could still turn up What's the point given a 2 hour slot ? Have they not heard of other people having jobs that they need to go out and do there work there paid for unlike Royal mail workers that can't do there job Yet they ask for more money ? the quicker royal mail goes bust the better especially the sorting officie at underwood paisley !
Truly disgraceful that the depot I s only open for 2 hours a day 8am til 10am Shame on you Royal Mail.
