Went to Royal fisheries as the ones on the sea front were full. Glad that we did. Nice restaurant with good seating. Staff excellent and fish and chips to match. Never mind the width - taste the quality of my smaller portion. Just right for me, as often a great big plate full (which was available) can be off putting. Will call again. Cod to die for and batter to match.

Very nice! We had the set small fish cod meal. Generous teabags and water. Lovely fish and chips. We tried it as an alternative to Hadleighs. Price was good as well 3 meals for just under £25.00.. Friendly staff. Graham Electrical Solutions Grahamelectricalsolutions.co.uk

Excellent meal. Had a small yorkshire special. Cod chips and peas. Bread and butter, cup of tea. Freshly preparedeal good service☺
