The man at the door was talking over us and wouldn't even let me in to ask a simple question. He didn't listen to my enquiry and kept repeating the same response which did not answer my question, clearly showing he was not listening to me one bit but trying to get rid of me. Told me to look online but I explained what I was looking for was not online. We really wanted to use royal Bank of Scotland but the customer service put us off 100% and we will not be banking with this bank since the first time experience was basically being pushed out of the branch.
This morning I have tried extremely hard to find out the closing times of the Bank to-day as on the web-site it states that because this is St Andrew's day the opening/closing times may differ from what is stated. I therefore phoned the number 0345 ... & got the automated instructions about how to find the opening times - absolutely no help whatsoever. If the opening/closing times could alter for a particular day, therefore why can't the IT Department put on these altered times instead of just ' these times may differ due to this being St Andrew's Day ' ! Very frustrating !
Looks great, the decor is lovely. Staff friendly but I had to queue for a while, and there's not much privacy for customers to discuss their business. If I was taking out 3k cash like the person next me, I wouldn't want to be overheard.
Ridiculous experience here.Had a super, once in a life time cash deal in Edinburgh today.Went into this branch as its open on Saturday morning.Guess what people.THEY DON'T GIVE OUT CASH!!!Yes that's right, a bank that doesn't give out cash.Rediculous in the modern age
Can't praise this branch high enough. Nothing too much trouble and staff always very polite and courteous. I was in with my partner on Saturday afternoon and was served by a male teller name unknown and it was a pleasure in being served by him. Paisley branch please read and digest, pity you can't be more like this branch.
Very helpful staff, couldn’t be more thankful for support they are providing. Specialist who was helping me is Henry. Very polite and patient.
I understand that due to Covid 19 changes need to be made however, to close on Saturdays is a HUGE inconvenience to so many. I turned up on Saturday to find you closed. In the short time I stood outside I also watched 3 others try your doors. At a time when you have closed local branches, it is more of a priority you are open. Also the wait times in this Branch are too long.
Ridiculously lengthy queues at lunch time with one person working while others wandering around asking questions. Will definitely not be back to this branch . Management should be rethinking their way of working especially during busy periods.
I don't know how dense the manager of this branch has to be not to understand that most people come in on their lunch breaks so have the most staff out at that point. Even taking that out the 3 bank staff that were on decided to just ditter away and chat to every old person that walked in for half an hour at a time. 23 minutes I waited for something that took less than a minute to be sorted. Absolute shambles of a place.
Any time I go in with any issue they are never able to help. The girl treated my today was hufing and puffing like how I came up with this issue. And she was trying to argue. I got disappointed and end up going to Suchihall street branch as always and come out happy with my problem resolved.
