Extremely unhelpful and not very polite when you talk to themif you can get to talk to them, happy to take your money for savings not so keen to give you a loan when you need one, without asking you to jump through all sorts of hoops. Have now requested they shut my account and transfer my savings to my own bank, I'll then deposit it to my local credit union who are infinitely more helpful and polite.
A great company who along with their savings accounts also offer very competitive rates on all sorts of loans, helped me when I really needed it and couldn’t go elsewhere so rate them very highly. Easy applications and repayment options to suit your own budget, great customer service and so helpful
Moved my savings from Glasgow credit union to Scotwest and it's the best thing I've ever done. They are a billion times better then Glasgow credit union and the customer service is fantastic.. I highly recommend Scotwest
After taking out a loan with scotwest, i paid it off, but they kept trying to still take payments after the lian had been paid to put in my savings. Which was alot higher than what was agreed to go into savings. I applied for a lian again and was rejected as said i had late payments on my credit check. These late payments were due to scotwest trying to take money from my account that they wer not supposed to. So DD refused. Scotwest have put a black mark on my credit rating through their fault. I told them i didnt want anything taken out from now on. So we will see at the 1st of the month if they try and take funds from my account again. If they do, i will be seeking legal advice George
Cannot praise enough my dealings over the years with this Company....Extremely efficient staff who I have always found friendly...more importantly call you back at agreed time....Do not agree with the few adverse comments........................
Friendly helpful staff. Great way to save. Savings accumulate before you know it. Loans dept have helped me several times. Quick easy application and answer.
