Opened a student account flawlessly. I had the help of Ms. Bernadette and she gave me such a great experience. Although I had documents that were not signed, she was willing to wait for me go to my accommodation and get the signed papers and come back. Thank you for being so generous!

Do like this bank its got good customer service modern style wide open banking get served fast. Also has two cash machines outside for easy cash withdraw.  The bank is on High street good local service great staff.

Great experience, friendly and experienced staff. Hassle free and quick.

Busy, but I always find myself there around lunchtime. The saving grace truly is the customer service. The staff is lovely. I haven’t ever had any problems getting things handled and the wait is not a bother. Just plan ahead!

Online banking tells you to visit local branch, local branch tells you to call their telephone line and then telephone line tells you there are no appointments available for next 2 months... someone in Barclays should improve this service

Serives in this branch are really bad. Long waiting time and usually 1 or 2 counters open and they dont bother to open any more counter donest matter how long que is. Waiting in this branch is never ever less than 30 to 45mins. Extra ordinary poor customer services.

The worst banking service ever experienced in life.

Visited on a trip to Glasgow, easy to use... however would be helpful to have more counters open during busy periods.
