Amazing customer service and great product knowledge. Annie helped me understand everything I needed to know, gave her opinion at the right times whilst allowing me to form my own opinions and was able to answer and advise on any questions that I had. A premium service for a premium brand.

Went to the Leeds Trinity store to look at engagement rings. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. Megan was absolutely wonderful, she was very patient and friendly and took the time to explain the various jargon to us. As it happens, we ended up buying my ring from ROX and I love it. I was given a glass of champagne and my OH was given a beer (which he was pleased with!), we were left to enjoy our drinks whilst my ring was being packed - it wasn't rushed, so we had time to relax and enjoy the experience. We shall be back to look at wedding rings soon.

We bought an engagement ring and a wedding band from Rox in Leeds. Both times the staff at Rox has been really good. They always made sure we had a great selection of jewellery to chose from and the quality of their product is second to none.

What a lovely experience it was picking my engagement ring. A lovely lady saw us looking in the window and asked if we wanted to come try some on. She sat us down got us some champagne ans asked our budget what kind of ring I was wanting etc. She then got a selection and helped me narrow down exactly what i wanted, when i was conflicted between two rings and said i needed to think bout it she was great and didn't pressure me at all. Need less to say i went back and for a ring. Was just so astounded how professional but also non pressurising all the staff were. I will deffinitely be coming back for my wedding ring

Fantastic experience right from first entering as a potential customer all the way through to purchase and aftercare. In my opinion there is no other option.
