At first I loved my experience with Berrys, until something went wrong with the watch. The item was sub standard quality and I was not happy with the wear and tear over 12 months. I since emailed, telephoned and then finally went to the shop (after no reply) when I was greeted by nothing but agro and rudeness. I was told the watch was perfectly fine and I was a liar. After giving the shop manager what I thought I left with nothing resolved and a bitter feeling towards Berrys. I will NEVER shop there ever again after this experience.

Sadly the product knowledge isnt there.i went to buy a Panerai but the sales person didnt know anything about the brand.very nice atmosphere and a great product range.

I've had the opposite experience from the other customer. I too had a problem, in my case with my engagement ring. I wrote a fairly formal letter, and received first a very prompt and respectful response, then an invitation to come in and see the Manager and talk through the options. The meeting was excellent, I was very happy with their offer to repair the ring free and check the whole setting and each diamond very thoroughly. The whole repair took only 3 days (for a fairly complex job) and I was treated with the utmost courtesy throughout. (And my ring is NOT one of their ultra-expensive range- in fact it would be the lower end for Berry's I think). I have NEVER had such good customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!
