Have had, from start to finish, the most wonderful experience with Form. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Their service is personal, they have managed to stay in contact and keep me updated whether i have been here or in Australia. Their service has been completely professional, and most importantly, the final result is a bespoke, beautiful engagement and wedding ring that my wife to be absolutely adores. It is a beautiful and unique ring which i cannot thank the team for enough. We travel 300 miles to get there to pick up the rings and honestly, i would do it if it was further. I couldn't recommend this company enough, and i thank you all for the whole amazing experience.

My husband and I had our wedding rings made by the jewellers at Form, and could not recommend them enough. The service was second to none, from providing a number of rings of various metals for my husband to try at the outset to decide which type suited him, to accommodating my last minute request for two additional diamonds on my wedding band. I was so pleased with the service that I visited again after our wedding and had my engagement ring remodelled. Tim, Gary and Jennie provide a professional and bespoke service, and I wouldn't hesitate in visiting again or recommending to a friend.

Had a fantastic experience with Form from start to finish. I had a design in mind for an engagement ring for a particularly dainty finger and the finished article was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly how I wanted it to look and ultimately, my fiancee loves it. Being involved in the design process and all the finer details of the look of the ring also got some serious extra brownie points! Cannot recommend them highly enough. You will not be disappointed.

Having spent months sourcing the perfect diamond, I then had the task of finding a jewellers who were capable of reproducing a setting design that I had fallen in love with.  It was equally important that the setting showcased the diamond to perfection, so having spent a week searching and reading reviews of local jewellers, having spoken with Gary and asking some pertinent questions, I finally settled on Form Bespoke Jewellers.  

From the initial consultation through to the CAD drawing stage then to manufacture, Gary kept me up to date regularly by phone and email.

Finally it came time for the reveal of my bespoke ring, and I was absolutely speechless!  The craftsmanship and beauty of the engagement ring they have produced for me is exceptional, I couldn't be any happier, it really is a thing of beauty.

I wholeheartedly recommend Gary, Tim and Jennie for their personal and professional service they offer, I will most definitely be back for them to create our wedding bands when the time arrives.

Very experienced craftsmen. Amazing knowledge of how bespoke jewellery is designed and created. Meticulous attention to detail and so delighted with the beautiful ring they made for me. A really good follow up service is provided free of charge to check your jewellery and free cleaning offered as well. They really understand what customers are looking for and never try to get you to have something you would end up regretting. No heavy salesmanship here. Completely honest and trustworthy in every way. Would definitely use them again. They are not the cheapest but you definitely get a top quality job
