I can’t recommend these guys enough. Excellent service from start to finish. We made a couple of visits to choose a watch for my sons birthday. Special mention to Hamnah who was brilliant from the first visit to the last when we finally made a decision. Great follow up email after our first visit, very knowledgeable and no pressure to buy throughout the process. I will definitely come to you guys in the future. Thanks again and all the best. I’ve popped into the Leeds Fraser Hart quite a few times over the past few weeks for my wedding jewellery. On my first visit Runa was a huge help in helping me select my wedding ring, super patient and genuinely wanted me to find the perfect ring. Then I came to buying it over the phone and I dealt with both Charlotte and Sarah who were both so helpful too. I popped in a few weeks later and bought a beautiful necklace from Matty who was really helpful. I later returned this as it wasn’t quite right for my dress and there were no questions or any problems at all. I went into today to collect my wedding ring and David helped me with this. He was so helpful too and very generously cleaned my engagement ring while I was there even though it wasn’t from FH!, he provided loads of advice and assured me I could come back anytime. All the staff have always been so welcoming and generous with their time and service. Thank you for making my wedding ring buying experience so lovely!
Upon arrival I was given the option of a hot drink and a lovely place to sit. David was very efficient in advising me on my purchase. He also gave me a student discount which was very helpful of him. Very kind highly recommend their services.
I saw a Garmin watch online & rang the store to order it in. The behaviour and professionalism from the staff over the phone was excellent, they were personable and friendly, able to answer questions and answered the phone quickly. In store I was seen to immediately, they were able to quickly let me see my purchase and provided suitable amenities for my personal needs of having a young child with me. The staff in the store were not pushy, and again had excellent quality service. I would recommend this store based on my experience with the staff here.
Great experience at Fraser Hart today. Runa was of great help and supported us in the choice of wedding rings with friendly yet very professional manners. We still need to decide which rings are our favourites as we tried so many pretty ones!
Went in to get some links removed from a watch and from the start Hamna’s service was impeccable. A warm welcome and complimentary drinks she really is a great asset to the company as she got the watch feeling perfect on my my wrist. Definitely worth the visit and will be returning in the future
I would highly recommend Fraser Hart in Leeds and especially I would recommend Runa that was really professional, friendly and efficient while I was buying a watch. Definitely this will be my store of choice when I will buy a watch or jewelry next time. Great experience, 5 customer service.
We were looking to purchase two wedding bands and were served by David. The customer service was very welcoming right from the start and David was very attentive in listening to our requests and due to this, we found the right ones almost immediately. Thank you very much!
Today we went in for a ring for my birthday. Unsure of what I was looking for, we gave him a brief description of what we thought may suit. David was excellent at bringing out a few selection of rings which I could try on at my own pace, while he carefully explained each piece to us. Lovely service and look forward to receiving my ring over the next week or so via a secure postal service.
We visited here for my 30th birthday present. David the sales assistant was fantastic, listened to our requests, wasn’t pushy, recommended several different styles of watches all within our budget, or slightly over but within reason. Brilliant customer service.
