First class customer service the old fashioned way. This is a ‘proper’ traditional jewellers and they really know their stuff. They went the extra mile for me out of hours and offering same day service to resize my engagement ring after I was let down close to my wedding by a jeweller in Jesmond. They also helped me to find some perfect wedding earrings. Definitely no pushy sales here, I had to persuade them to let me buy the earrings as they wanted to make sure I was absolutely happy with the choice! This will be my first stop for jewellery in Newcastle from now on. Thank you!

Took my girlfriends necklace in to get the chain repaired, I took it to different jewellery shops and the cheapest to get repaired was for £21 and it would take 2 weeks. I then noticed this shop and asked a price and it was £3.95 and it would take 2 hours. I didn’t have high hopes at all (cheap and quick) but I went with it anyway and I’d like to say it was an amazing job I can not see at all where it’s been repaired it looks brand new and it was done quickly and for so cheap. I’d definitely recommend anyone going here to get their jewellery fixed.

We have bought some very good quality jewellery from this shop. Because they buy and sell jewellery they have a large selection. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly too.
