The waiting time can be a bit long sometimes and yes sometimes you have to wait for a member of staff but I just started using this chemist again after a few years away Mandy recognised me straight away greeted me nicely it was like coming home. Thanks for the great service keep it up. People patience is a virtue small chemists get busy, I know we would all like to think we are the most important person in the world but I guess they would probably think we are all worth having when making prescriptions

Rude staff. Got ignored for a full 5 mins by both staff members. Like somewhere from the 1970's. Won't ever use again. I suggest some customer service training.

Checked out your website to see what time you closed said 5.30.  Drove down to your shop at 4.30 and expected your shop to be open.  A young lady was standing in the doorway and I asked if we had to queue outside whereupon she told me you were closed.  I told her your website said 5.30 and she said the times on the door.  Was a hand written note that said close at 4.30 !!!! Shame I am unable to see that from my house!!!!! Maybe you should change your times on your website.

This has to be the rudest pharmacy in Wiltshire. Completely ignored by three members of staff even though I was the only person in the chemist. I waited for five minutes and, even though they all saw me, not one of them served me or even acknowledged me, they just carried on as if I was invisible. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

The 2 staff that were in the pharmacy today when I went in  just really had no manners at all. Unfriendly, surly and frankly rude. I would of hoped that when dealing with the public you could at the very least say hello and thank you. Will never venture there again.

I concur with the majority of reviewers and find the staff very ignorant and downright rude, there really is no need for this aptitude these days and it takes for ever for a prescription to be ready and have therefore chosen to use an online pharmacy from now on, at least a computer cannot be rude.

Very rude and ignorant staff, every time I collected my presription  it was never ready even though I waited a week before collection they are incompetent.

Always had good service at Rowlands and very convenient to the market place free parking

Answered phone quickly, pleasant, helpful responses, good local service. Would recommend!
