Was there to pick up a George order at the click & collect counter. The experience was exiting as it was the 1st time i was using it. Well integrated system, very user friendly. works perfectly. The mall itself is very huge! For someone like me, I will call it a shopping Arcade with beautiful shopping experience. I was there with the kids and they all loved it!
The centre underwent a makeover during lockdown, but Asda somehow still manages to look cheap. Since it's takeover, prices have risen so unfortunately the cheap look of the place isn't reflected in the bill. No deli. Bakery is awful. Limited choice. Empty shelves after 5ish photos are from around 6ish...whoever does the ordering or is in charge or stock should think again! My personal recommendation - go to Sainsburys. Nicer shopping experience. I can't recommend this store...
The actual shopping centre is great. What really lets it down is how dangerous it is when walking from the car wash side into the store where the new cash points are. At least 3 or 4 of the street lights have not worked since the renovations were done. The pavement is uneven and after dark you cannot easily see where you are walking and it is really unnerving to walk alone.
Went to pick up my microwave to be told its lost.... they said they would send a replacement next day . Went back to pick up to be told its lost... again ... then I went shopping and what did I see on the shelf with my name on it and my order number my missing microwave .... took it to customer service who told me I couldn't have it unless I paid for it again .. £55 . They called online to cancel my order which will take 10 days to refund and I had to pay for the microwave. As a single mum this is do bad . I have tried to complain to customer services but get haven't responded. Still waiting ... I spent £200 a month in asda. I have nt spent £110 and still waiting for my refund . Contact me asda
I recently visited the ASDA in Swindon, and I have to say it's one of the biggest supermarkets I've ever been to. The store is very spacious and well-organized, with a wide variety of products to choose from. The layout of the store is also very easy to navigate, with clear signage and helpful staff members available to assist customers. I was able to find everything I needed quickly and easily, and the checkout process was fast and efficient. The prices were also very reasonable, and I was impressed with the quality of the products I purchased. The store was also very clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant shopping experience. Overall, I would highly recommend the ASDA in Swindon to anyone who is looking for a great supermarket with a wide variety of products, reasonable prices, and helpful staff. This store is definitely worth checking out!
Easy for parking and acessing from various ways. Always good value to shop here. Post Office on site. Got a Vost Voffee and McDonald's too so you can be here for a few hours then pop over to Cinema after or trip to the library.
Visited Asda today to purchase a new cafetière. Asda in-store radio was very loud and distracting with repetitive adverts. Did not make for a good shopping experience and I will not be returning to this store in the near future.
Most of the staff are helpful and happy. Sometimes the staff are not so this weekend it seemed like the grumpy ones were on. Most when I go with toddler they all speak to him sometimes shelves not stacked correctly ,dates new at front old at the back,also sometimes mould on fresh items
A little untidy and plenty of empty shelves. I tried to ask a member of staff for help but they just carried on talking and ignored me. So we left! Edit..... Thank you for responding to my review. I was visiting from Wales and know the products well which is why we chose to visit your store. I understand items need replenishing but there seemed to be no pride in the presentation of the store by the staff. Unlike my own local store which is always fully stocked and always clear of obstacles with very polite and attentive staff who take a pride in their place of work. Good luck in bringing about changes to your store . Next time I visit Swindon I'll visit Asda also and hope to see a massive improvement in staff attitudes. That will go a long way to make things better.
Very friendly staff on the Click & Collect when I collected my order, a gentleman with a hearing aid. The shop itself is a good sized store and always well stocked when I visit.
