Contacted Scott regarding a car he had for sale. We had a good exchange by email and Scott also answered any questions I had and also helped me with my a few queries on my own car. Arranged to see the car on Saturday morning.  Scott’s showroom is easy to find and easy to get to. He’s extremely knowledgeable about cars and gave me great advice. Delighted to say I bought the car and I’m extremely happy with it. I wouldn’t hesitate using Scott again as he obviously takes great care and effort in sourcing his stock and prides himself on the customer service he provides. I recently purchased a lovely Land Rover Freelander from Scott.  The car was even nicer in the flesh than described.  I instantly took to Scott who is friendly, trustworthy and very knowledgeable.  We easily struck a deal and I am delighted with the car.  It was so refreshing to deal with Scott, who was not in any way pushy or overly keen to close the deal and he made the experience so easy and pleasurable.  The car was really well prepared and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Roundel Vehicles to anyone.  I will certainly be back.

This was the second time I have purchased a car from this company and my experience was excellent each time,minor issues dealt with in a timely manner and convenient to myself. We travelled a 500 mile round trip because of relationship built with Scott on last purchase a jeep grand cherokee and now moved up to a range rover vogue with minimal fuss and a fair trade in sorted prior to travelling so no surprises when at premises. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and Scott who is a pleasant change from your normal car salesman So thanks again and on a personal note loving the new purchase

I can't recommend this company enough. Buying a new car can be quite stressful and I always dread the experience but I wont anymore! I'll be returning to Roundal Vehicles for all my future cars and recommending that my family do the same. I ended up buying a different car than the one I originally enquired about as there was so much choice when I arrived! Scott knew all about every car and nothing was a bother. I was put fully at ease and wasn't rushed even when I couldn't make my mind up which car to buy. Thank you for making this an extremely stress-free experience. I have to say that what I found especially helpful was that both Scott and the showroom are very family friendly and there was dvds, and drawing stuff to keep my kids happy, which meant I could concentrate without worrying they were causing havoc! Very impressed, thank you.

I contacted Scott via gumtree after seeing his ad. From the start Scott was open and Ho edit about the car. I went to view it a couple of days later, Scott told me the issues the car had, but that he would get them taken care of, which he duly did. Very pleased with my purchase, a Nissan X-Trail Columbia, nice spec, clean car. Scott was a pleasure to deal with, and I will recommend him to anyone. Will be back in the future.

I have just purchased a 2010 V70 Volvo  estate from the Roundal Group,represented by their salesperson named Scott.The vehicle was delivered  after a two hour drive by him to my area of Argyll. He was very helpful and obliging ,going that extra mile to satisfy. The vehicle was as described ,nicely valeted and presented well.A pleasurable business all round------five stars for me !  Further to my praise afforded to this company, recent events have caused me to think otherwise. There were defects at the time of the purchase,items that Scott offered to rectify, with a promise of replacing defective parts and payment of the labour ,cost to fit them.That was almost four weeks ago,time enough for the limited warranty to run out.None of his pledges that he made have so far been forthcoming ,and none of my recent phone calls or e;mails to him have received a reply. The matter has reached the point where i may have to enlist the help of Trading Standards,and i have indicated as such to him by e;mail-----assuming someone reads them ! Since i made my criticisms regarding my experience with Scott of the Roundal Group  regarding the purchase of a vehicle from him, some might assess as unfairly, matters have improved impressively.All the criticisms have been attended to,other than a none functioning radio that is receiving attention as i write.Scott has pulled out all the stops,and by personal contact with my local garage relieved me of my concerns,and at a cost to himself.Perhaps this unfortunate incident is the result of lack of communication,and the fact we are divided by the width of Scotland,but if this is an example of effort to please a customer, i for one am very impressed, and as such i withdraw my criticisms totally.

We have just taken ownership of a beautifully restored Mazda Bongo! The level of service from Scott and David were second to none. It was a refreshing change to buy from someone who puts customers first. Scott delivered the van to Edinburgh, and in the back were some very thoughtful gifts from his wife! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thanks guys!
