Absolutely ridiculous experience with this branch full of lies and disrespect. Sold me a car they had never had in the branch, had always been in Volkswagen Stirling getting fixed yet they told me it was ready to go. I bought insurance for the vehicle to pick it up 4 days after initial calls with the branch. Since then it has been nothing but lies from them on why I cannot get the vehicle. Now 2 weeks down the line they have finally told me it could be weeks or months until I get the vehicle, leaving me in a predicament of no full time vehicle until it is ready and out of pocket on temporary insurance on my parents cars. They are unable to supply me a courtesy car and unable to pay me back the full amount I am going to pay on temporary insurance.
Went into this branch to have my car looked at due to the check engine light come on and found out that I had an expensive fault with the car and had to chase this up with the branch I purchased from Clydebank who refused to help towards this cost even though I had not had the car that long.nnI opted to complain to Arnold Clark directly who informed me that I should receive some form of help towards the cost and confirmed the amount I should get and the branch should refund me this amount.nnRobert in the Alloa branch could not have been more helpful whilst going through this process as he chased everything up for me to make it a better experience for me and can not thank him enough.nnThank you

Went in with my wife’s car which had been serviced at another Arnold Clark branch a month ago but had a small oil leak. The service manager said that they would look at it but it would half an hour till they had a free ramp. He came back saying that was a washer not sealing and that they had replaced it and topped up the oil.nMr Clark would have been proud of the courtesy and service you gave.
