I bought a brand new car from this garage at the end of February. Within the first month l discovered that the control on the driver door that operated the rear passenger window let the window go all the way down but wouldn't put it back up. The only way to close this window was to close it using the control button on the actual rear passenger door. Not ideal. I was informed by the garage it needed to be fixed under warranty. This l now know to be inaccurate and misleading. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I was entitled to a replacement car or a refund. The car was back in the garage for the 3rd time this month on Tuesday this week to once again try and fix this fault. I went into the showroom yesterday to speak to the general manager in regard to a replacement car or a refund. His attitude was absolutely appalling and his customer care skills were non existent. He kept me waiting on him in the showroom for over an hour before he spoke to me. On my numerous visits to this garage l have dealt with Stuart and Stephen, their interpersonal skills are totally wasted in this poorly led environment. The general manager should undoubtedly know what my rights were in regard to this situation, instead of diffusing a difficult situation he only antagonised it and escalated it. Not management skills l recognise in customer care, indeed his customer care skills are an absolutel joke. SO...PLEASE TAKE HEED OF THIS POST AND DRIVE ON PASSED THIS GARAGE, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.
Amazing dealership! I got my new car last week and I love it. Thanks to Derek for making my first car buying experience as laidback and easy as possible, and for explaining every aspect in detail so I could understand! Will definitely be back.
Car was booked in for it's MOT. The video with a walk around of the car is a good way to show faults. The parts are very expensive if you choose the vauxhall approved. The arnold clark approved are cheaper but can't comment on the quality difference. Staff are all friendly and when questioned about another car repair, the member of staff on the desk was honest enough to admit that she didn't know and would need to contact the stirling branch.
Just got my new car here on Saturday and the service was great. Thank you to Derek for making the whole process quick and easy. When it's time to trade up I'll be back to see you.

Usually take my father's mobility car to Stirling Arnold Clark but the customer service is atrocious!!! Since going to Arnold Clark in Alloa we are over the moon with there customer service and support.
Great experience with part exchanging and upsizing my car. Our salesman, Derek, was very helpful with all aspects of the process to make it very easy and straightforward. Would recommend!
Took my Vauxhall Astra convertible in as my boot won't open. Got told that there is no one qualified to fix it and go to see someone in Camelon who might be able to do it.
