Although the Bus station is ok, there does appear to be a lack of security staff or no staff at all. Many undesirable people appear to doss in the bus station and you can see many fragile people are worried. Often the station information desk is as useful as a chocolate fireguard too especially as so many buses get cancelled and they do not have a clue.
Every crook, villain, substance abuser in town, all under one roof. A free for all queueing format at every platform, youll queue in the correct place only for a new queue to develop from the opposite direction. brand new yet outdated information screens, incapable of giving real-time information such as whether or not your bus will actually turn up. Definitely needs more security staff.
12 millions pounds face-lift which took 9 months to complete and threw anything in to confusion Just by chance a supermarket Which had just been knocked downand Carpark Available just across the river DON ???Them shelters were freezing The interchange cafe has just opened its shutters again after 3 months shutdown and its got a BRAND new face-lift-- The old seating been ripped out and replaced with dividing tables and single chairs-- In my honest opinion I think that this the best part of the whole interchange??-- Worth the waiting for??
Dirty, not well maintained and the staff are rude. Only come here if you absolutely have to.
Nice the smoking ban doesn't apply to children with vapes, wouldn't want them sat outside in the cold
Seems to be well organised. Choosing which bus to get could be made easier.
Very clean and easy to direct to bus stops from their designated stops. Recommended.
Good interchange, only minor/occasional issue is with bus times but that’s not the fault of the interchange.
Rotherham has a great weather and a well organized community. I like it here
