Not good was late and on it got later lack of traffic so missed next connection was for an important reason contacted the bus company said was late due to traffic was late because of stopping for very long periods for no reason not happy the company said someone tried to call me utter lies no apology nor told it would become better was put thought as a comment on experience although was a complaint if another service in my area to Don would use every time

Clean. Connections for most areas. Enquiries desk. Vending machines. Screens with live timetable at each stand. What you would expect in a bus station

Its for getting your bus and thats about it... don't stay too long because people are often violent and casually smoking marijuana like its legal and the toilets are disgusting, people are often begging too, the staff are nice for example the bin was on fire and i told the member of staff and he put it out as soon as he had his bucket of water, i visit this place once a week and its never a pleasant experience! Just get your bus and leave!

Its so very cold. nobody around to ask about info on buses only 1 person in a warm booth. Poor lighting. No accurate time tableing as all computerised system not working. I know a lot was damaged in the fire months ago but come on rotherham bus station you need to improve its now winter

No live departure screens working anymore on each stand since an arson attack on a bus damaged the stations wiring
