Recently visited your shop with my wife whom is suffering a long term illness, I was served by a lady with short blonde hair aged mid to late 50s. While very knowledgeable about things I could not help but feel that helping us was more about sales that what we needed as every item we were show or recommend to try seemed to be the most expensive!! A chair, a walker somethings for our bathroom. Overall after our visit we were left very deflated and disappointed. We will not be coming here again which is such a shame as we live in Ellesmere port.

Mum visited last week looking for a chair the staff were terrible, ended up going to Ableworld in saltney. Got first class service there.
