Service was second to none today as we took my mum clothes shopping for a special outing. Emma was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble which made our trip so much easier. Thanks to everyone that dealt with us, definitely will return.
If you’re in need of a suit Kent in the men’s suit section is amazing at what he does! He noticed we weren’t sure what to choose he came in picked the perfect suit, sizing even down to choosing the perfect tie. Made the experience so much fun and was so knowledgeable. This guy needs a raise, thanks for all your help Kent!

One of the largest Marks and Spencer's stores in the country, carrying almost all the stock. The store is well laid out and straightforward to navigate. It doesn't feel overly busy as the aisles are plenty wide enough.nThere is a large car park, with an upper and lower level. Facilities are suitably clean.nThe cafe is a bit of a let down, the food is overpriced and adequate at best.
Big open space when you walk in so quiet overbearing to process and the staff are not forthcoming in helping and most seemed unhappy to have costom, treating us almost as a burden interrupting their counter leaning. Had to request cutlery and still had to resort to using the other side of my knife to stir my tea. Also, failed to shake the oatmilk so basically might as well have added cold water. Salad had no dressing so was bland and difficult to eat
